Keulen and Snijders both originated long before the turn of the century, as genuine, authentic butcheries with a great deal of craftsmanship and passion. The current owners later took over both businesses and have expanded them, primarily through deliveries to Dutch retail.

Around 2004, VLL Vers Logistiek Limburg was established, further strengthening the collaboration between Keulen and Snijders. Professional slicing lines were introduced to produce high-quality packaged cold cuts. To this day, skilled butchers at Keulen, Snijders, and VLL continue to develop outstanding new concepts and expand their product range.
