Keulen and Snijders both originated long before the turn of the century, as authentic butcher shops with a lot of craftsmanship and passion. The current owners later took over both companies and have been growing them, primarily through deliveries to the Dutch retail sector. Around 2004, VLL Vers Logistiek Limburg was established, further strengthening the collaboration between Keulen and Snijders.

Professional slicing lines were installed for producing high-quality packaged sliced cold cuts. To this day, skilled butchers at Keulen, Snijders, and VLL continue to develop exciting new concepts and expand the product range.
